“Interns Enjoying Nature”

In line with our successful tradition that has taken form at Hillel Yaffe in recent years, the medical interns who are performing their internships at Hillel Yaffe, together with members of the administration and department and unit directors of Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, went at the weekend on a joint trip designed to build team spirit.

This year the trip began with an aromatic coffee workshop at Burge Binyamina, and continued from there to a guided tour of the Jisr az-Zarqa village, including its beautiful beach, ending with a sumptuous meal at the Binyamina Winery. What we could call: Good company, warm sunshine, blue skies, planning the future, and also matching shirts for everyone inscribed with the anticipated slogan, “Only do your internship at Hillel Yaffe”. The session ended with a questions and answers panel to experts and a “round table” discussion – or as everyone called it, investment in the next generation in the most direct way possible.

This activity comes on top of additional ones for the interns at Hillel Yaffe, such as assigning senior physicians as mentors for the interns during their internship, introductory meetings that included content based on the needs of the interns while at the hospital, and more.
