• Integrating gender awareness 
• Creating an organizational climate of respect 
• Increasing awareness of a safe workplace, free of sexual harassment, including handling of reports of sexual harassment 
• Gender discrimination 
• Making parenthood rights accessible 
• Developing and implementing special training on the above topics for all employees of the organization
