About Us
Friends of Hillel Yaffe Medical Center was founded in December 2016. It is a non-profit organization established to assist Hillel Yaffe Medical Center with fundraising for the development of its facilities, acquisition of advanced medical devices, promotion of medical research and strengthening of community cooperation and involvement for the benefit of the region’s residents.
The Chairman and all members of the Executive Committee are volunteers.
Members of the association work to find donors in Israel and overseas. Additionally, the association holds an annual fundraising gala, which is attended by hundreds of guests.
Friends of Hillel Yaffe carries out its fundraising activities in full cooperation and coordination with hospital management. Donations received by the association are used for their intended purpose, with no overhead, and with full transparency for the donors through ongoing reporting and issuing of documents that demonstrate the use of the donation.
