The little-big heroes

National Prematurity Day is marked today, November 24, and was celebrated in the Hillel Yaffe Medical Center Neonatal Care Department with great festivities including colorful balloons, tables with photographs of the “Neonatal Care Department graduates”, delicious refreshments for the parents of the hospitalized premature babies, and small gifts distributed to the tiny babies – cuddly octopuses and comfortable bodyshirts.

The joyous atmosphere was felt throughout the department and the parents were moved by the gesture from the Neonatal Care Department staff, who organized this celebration, with one desire: “that they grow up healthy, strong, and happy.”
