The Department of Pediatrics at Hillel Yaffe Medical Center inaugurated a flight simulator for hospitalized children. It is designed to make their hospital stay easier and help relieve the pain the young patients feel. Friends of Hillel Yaffee and Squadron 325 jointly launched the simulator project in memory of the late pilot, Herzl Shay Kalai

The orthopedist from Hillel Yaffe who was called up for reserve duty as a physician for a company of combat soldiers

Captain Dr. Noa Gips, a resident in the Orthopedics Division at Hillel Yaffe, was called up for reserve duty on the northern front on October 7 and assigned to a company of combat soldiers. For two months, she served as the first line in treatment and evacuation of wounded. Last week she was called up once again

Tamar and David Shafran, both physicians from the US, made their dream come true and moved to Israel along with their four children this past August and are now in the adaptation period at Hillel Yaffe Medical Center. He came in because of blisters and was diagnosed with advanced cancer

Alon Levy from Hadera came in to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center after noticing blisters on the palms of his hands and scalp. He never imagined that a sharp diagnosis by a hematologist would reveal that he had a form of cancer called myeloma. He began a series of treatments and had a bone marrow transplant, all while he and his wife were expecting a baby
