He began working in Hillel Yaffe in 2002 as a qualified nurse in the General Intensive Care Unit, and also completed a course in combined intensive care medicine that year.
In 2007, he completed his bachelor’s degree in Health Systems Management.
In 2015, he was appointed Deputy Head Nurse of the General Intensive Care Unit.
