New: special Simulation Center for the nursing staff

A special Simulation Center for training nursing staff was recently opened at HYMC. Here, members of the nursing staff will undergo training and drills on performance of various procedures that are part of their work, including insertion of a branula, caring for a ventilated patient, insertion of a chest drain, handling a central line and more.

Dina Fainblat, Nursing Director at Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, said, “The establishment of the Simulation Center is intended to expand the nursing staff's knowledge and to strengthen their skills in order to maintain their professional competency.”
