Mrs. Fainblat has been working at the Medical Center since 1984. She has a BSN in Nursing and a master’s degree in Public Administration.
She began working as a nurse in the Emergency Medicine Department.
In 1992 she was appointed to the position of Manager of In-Service Training, and in 1993 she added the position of Assistant to the Head Nurse to her list.
She has worked as Deputy Head Nurse since 1998. She was appointed Head Nurse on 1 February 2014.
