Close to 200 pregnant women participated in the Pregnancy and Childbirth Conference

In keeping with tradition, last Friday Hillel Yaffe Medical Center's Maternity Department held a Pregnancy and Childbirth Conference, which included enriching information for the almost 200 pregnant women and their companions. A pleasant atmosphere, delicious and lavish breakfast, pampering massage by therapists from the hospital’s Alternative Medicine Clinic, lectures by experts, a fair with booths and lots of surprises awaited the participants, who earned a much-needed respite from the soaring temperatures outdoors, which couldn't be felt in Hillel Yaffe’s air-conditioned conference hall.

The pregnant women and their companions were provided with all the information necessary before giving birth, from pain relief methods during delivery to important tips for after delivery and on their way home with their babies.

The division staff is delighted with the response of the soon-to-be mothers at the conference, they answered questions that were posed to the professional panel at the end of the conference and mainly, wished them an easily delivery and to leave babies in their arms.
