Congratulations to singer Noy Fadlon and her husband Topaz Ganor on the birth of their first child, a daughter, at Hillel Yaffe Medical Center. Noy was admitted to the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Department about three weeks ago because her water broke early. This week, in Week 31 of her pregnancy, she gave birth to her daughter via c-section. Nurse Silvie Ackerman, from the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Department, who cared for Noy throughout her hospital stay, was also with her during delivery.
After giving birth, Noy said excitedly, “In Week 29 of my pregnancy, I came into Hillel Yaffe’s Obstetrics Emergency Room because my water had broken early. After a series of tests, they decided to admit me for continued care and observation in the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Unit. I’d like to thank the dedicated staff, especially Prof. Prof. Rinat Gabbay-Benziv, the department director, for the professional and dedicated treatment as well as the support I received all along.”
Because she was born prematurely, the baby was admitted to the NICU, managed by Dr. Amit Hochberg, for continued care and observation.
Congratulations once again!
