Showing appreciation for a strong home front

The event kicked off with a festive breakfast, and a gift from the hospital was given to those whose family members fought and are still fighting on the front.

At the start of the event, Dr. Mickey Dudkiewicz, Director General of the medical center and Director of Nursing Dina Fainblat spoke. Then, Hillel Yaffe Medical Center's Human Resources Director, Ms. Keren Horvitz, shared her personal story about her son who is serving on the front line: about her worries and her son’s heroism, which she only understood in retrospect. Ms. Limor Yaakov Bar-Or, Textile Manager, whose son is serving in combat as well, also shared about how difficult it is for those remaining on the home front. She ended her comments by calling for better days.
