During the meeting, dedicated mainly to wrapping up 2023 and presenting the objectives and challenges for 2024, Dr. Mickey Dudkiewicz, Director General of Hillel Yaffe discussed what was done over the course of the year at the hospital. Additionally, the Hadera Medical Research Fund awarded scholarships to six outstanding doctors, a tradition that began in 2021.
Different experts also gave four short presentations that highlighted the work at the hospital, including the work of the medical center since October 7 in various aspects of treatment. At the end of the day, the audience heard a lecture by Mr. Yahya Mahamid, who shared his experience and personal story, including how he helps Israel's advocacy efforts.
