A real trip

Good food, good company, warm sunshine, experiential activity and a sea view - members of the administration and department and unit directors of Hillel Yaffe Medical Center went out with the medical interns who are performing their internships at Hillel Yaffe for a joint trip designed to build team spirit. This year, the trip was to Caesarea Port.

“It's investment in the next generation and in the most fun way possible,” said the directors and the interns at the end of the day, which included joint challenging activity, direct collegial conversation, an indulgent lunch and even matching shirts that said, “Internships only at Hillel Yaffe - as called for at this type of event.

This activity comes on top of additional ones for the interns at Hillel Yaffe, such as assigning senior physicians as mentors for the interns during their internship, introductory meetings that include content based on the needs of the interns while at the hospital and more.

So, clearly, internships should only be done at Hillel Yaffe.
