Mr. Guzu Shalev

Mr. Guzu Shalev is an organizational consultant who specializes in development and integration of innovation. He has a wealth of experience in training and personal mentoring of managers, people in key positions and management staff in organizations and companies in Israel and overseas.

Over the past three decades, Mr. Shalev has been part of SIT's senior facilitator team. He has worked with SIT’s strategic clients in Israel and abroad, including Bank Leumi, yes, Strauss, IDF, Cellcom, Rafael, Kraft, Ethicon, Mondelez, Barry, Callebaut, J&J and Intel, in a variety of fields such as development of new products and services, development of innovation strategies, operational efficiency, marketing and more.

Furthermore, in his work as a consultant, he has worked with public organizations (Jerusalem Foundation, Innovation Authority, Israel Police), social organizations (Eshel, DFID, USAID) and governmental agencies (Ministry of Welfare and Social Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defense).

Over the years, he has developed expertise in a variety of fields, health care among them, and including the Ministry of Health, medical centers, HMOs, pharmaceutical and medical equipment, research organizations and organizations of the scientific community in Israel and abroad.
