Ms. Nurit Shalev

Ms. Nurit Shalev, Senior Partner at SIT, VP Development and Empowerment Officer and CEO of the SIT's activity in South America.

Over the past 30 years, she has led and management projects for development and integration of organizational strategy, with a focus on innovation, for companies based in Israel and worldwide.

Ms. Shalev specializes in implementation of change processes and innovation throughout complex organizations. She is experienced in lead processes with senior management, creating strategy and decision making, as well as work with teams to create a culture of leadership change and sustainable innovation within an organization, alongside work on focused issues such as new product development, marketing communications, streamlining, problem solving and more.

Throughout her many years with SIT, Ms. Shalev has managed projects on five continents and trained in three languages for clients such as Mibanco, Grupo Bolivar, Johnson & Johnson, Strauss, Holit, Bayer, BeeLine, MDZ, Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, as well as organizations and nonprofits in the public sector and in Latin American countries such as the Ministry of Welfare, Lamerchav, Tel Aviv Municipality, PromPero and more.
