Amshalom Idan, Dr.

Mental Health Services Director

Dr. Idan Amshalom is a graduate of Tel Aviv University’s School of Medicine. Prior to studying medicine, he earned a degree in system engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Dr. Amshalom has experience in bioinformatics research. He completed his residency in psychiatry at Mazor Mental Health Center.

Since 2019, he served as a senior physician with the Psychiatric Service at Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, where he was a partner in leading important processes, and particularly recognition of residency in psychiatry, training and teaching medical students.

Since 2023, Dr. Amshalom has served as the Neuromodulation Service Director in the Psychiatry Service.
