The conference, now in its second consecutive year, is the result of collaboration between the medical center's Volunteer Unit, led by Daniela Akav, and the Midrasha for Women in Hadera, managed by Sara Masori, herself a long-time volunteer at Hillel Yaffe.
Prof. Mickey Dudkiewicz, Director General of Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, opened the conference by welcoming attendees and emphasizing the importance of maintaining connections with the medical center's retirees. He expressed the hospital's deep appreciation for the dedicated work of its volunteers.
