Tali Elitim is a registered nurse with a master's degree in nursing and over 17 years of clinical experience in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Hillel Yaffe Medical Center. She specializes in care of critical patients, shift management and complex real-time decision-making along with extensive experience working as part of multidisciplinary teams.
She combines clinical expertise with education and professional development - serving as a clinical instructor for students, a certified ACLS instructor, and a leader of simulation training and in-service programs for medical staff. Tali is an active partner in the catheterization lab and guides patients through invasive procedures.
She is involved in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives, including establishing a Heart Failure Clinic, developing patient education materials for patients who have had myocardial infarctions, and leading national projects and hospital health awareness days. Tali holds advanced certifications in intensive care, ECMO, clinical research and pain management.
