Dr. Jamal Gazmawi Born in 1960, Dr. Gazmawi is a graduate of the School of Medicine in Bilbao, Spain.

He completed his general surgery residency at Hillel Yaffe Medical Center and has extensive experience in general surgery and bariatric procedures using both open and minimally invasive (laparoscopic) approaches.

He serves as Director of the Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery and Bariatric Unit.

Dr. Gazmawi is also a community surgical consultant on behalf of Clalit, Meuhedet, and Leumit HMOs.
