The clinic is operated by the Hillel Yaffe's Otolaryngology (ENT), Head and Neck Surgery Unit. The Unit's specialists provide treatments and consults, and investigate ENT diseases in children. Diseases and disorders include recurrent ear infections, hearing problems, recurrent throat infections, enlarged tonsils, polyps and more. The Clinic also performs surgery and procedures such as myringotomies, tonsillectomies, etc.
