A friendly visit from the valley

Last Sunday, the people in charge of health issues around the Hefer Valley Regional Council came to meet with representatives of the administration of Hillel Yaffe Medical Center and leading physicians from the various professions. The concept behind the meeting was to make attendees more familiar with Hillel Yaffe Medical Center and to promote possible health partnerships.

During the meeting, the attendees enjoyed an overview of work at the hospital, including data on activity, work, and existing services, as well as a short tour. Among other things, they visited and received a comprehensive review of the IVF Unit from Unit Director, Dr. Einat Shalom Paz, and from the Breast Imaging by Unit Director, Natalia Kochnovski.

The meeting was opened with greetings from the Director of Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, Dr. Mickey Dudkiewicz, who welcomed the visitors. Dr. Dudkiewicz answered numerous questions regarding the possibility of receiving various services at the hospital for residents of the Hefer Valley region, with high availability and accessibility, and about promoting the interfaces and cooperation in a variety of fields to benefit patients.
