Right before the start of the Jewish New Year, and as part of a special activity for medical interns at Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, they went on a trip together with the administration and directors of the various departments. On the program: a guided tour of what was the settlement of Zichron Ya’akov, that was combined and peppered with tastes of local falafel, hummus and ice cream, and of course, a visit to the nearby Tishbi Winery.
This activity comes on top of additional ones for the interns at Hillel Yaffe, such as assigning senior physicians as mentors for the interns during their internship, introductory meetings that included content based on the needs of the interns while at the hospital and more.
