Hillel Yaffe Medical Center’s academic nursing school was named one of the four institutions of nurse training in Israel to receive the Prize of Excellence from the Ministry of Health’s Nursing Administration for its work to train nurses in Israel, as part of the Star Program for Nurse Training in 2017. The school was selected from among 24 nursing schools in Israel, additional proof of the excellence consistently demonstrated in all fields by the school.
The prize was awarded to representatives of the nursing school and the medical center by Deputy Minister of Health, MK Rabbi Yaakov Litzman, Director General of the Ministry of Health Mr. Moshe Bar Siman Tov, and National Chief Nurse, Dr. Shoshi Goldberg, in a ceremony on March 5, 2018.
Dr. Merav Ben Natan, Director of the Nursing School, said, “A fabulous achievement that testifies, yet again, to the excellence of the school and serves as further evidence why students should attend the school.”
