The project will involve 11th-12th graders attending a monthly session for part of a day. They will hear lectures from Hillel Yaffe experts about treatment of trauma victims in general, and victims of accidents involving electric bicycles in particular, and also participate in a hands-on workshop on the subject from the National Road Safety Authority.
The welcome initiative comes from experts at Hillel Yaffe Medical Center and the National Road Safety Authority.
Students from Hadera High School, Givol School, and the Beit Shmuel Yeshiva attended the first session. They participated in activities including a lecture by Dr. Eyal Behrbalk, Director of Orthopedics A, on treatment of trauma at the hospital.
