Ran and Dana’s firstborn daughter, aged 1.5, is waiting for them at home. The birth, which took place at 41 weeks and 3 days of pregnancy, was attended by midwife Katia Amerana.

“I came for a check-up to the Delivery Room on the day before the festival,” relates Dana, “because my estimated due date had already passed, and the staff decided to hospitalize and induce me. It seems like he wanted to be born in the new year. The birth itself went very quickly once I was induced, and now I just need to get used to having two instead of one, especially since they are very close in age,” she concludes, while the newborn in her arms makes baby noises.
