Representatives of the Israel Electric Corporation’s (IEC) workers’ committee – northern district, came this week to the Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, to present a check for NIS 50,000 – a donation to establish a new Intensive Coronary Care Unit at Hillel Yaffe.
The Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, famous for its high professional level, currently occupies only approximately 200 square meters, and has not been renovated for many years. The hospital management has prepared a comprehensive plan which includes expanding the department’s area to around 600 square meters and equipping it with cutting edge medical equipment – which will enable high-quality treatment to the very highest standards, with advanced and comfortable conditions for the patients, their families, and the medical staff.
