Another outstanding prizewinner at the ceremony was Dr. Amnon Ben Moshe, Administrative Director of Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, who was awarded the most prestigious prize from the Civil Service Commission – the National Award for Quality and Excellence, several days ago at a ceremony in the presence of the Head of the Civil Service Commission, Mr. Daniel Hershkowitz.

Dr. Amnon Ben Moshe, who opened the traditional annual outstanding employee event, noted that this year the ceremony is especially personally exciting. He also emphasized that the outstanding employees act due to their identifying with the wish to offer a higher level, and they are essentially narrating the story of all the hospital employees. He stressed that the outstanding employees show organizational identification, caring for others, devotion to achieving their goal, a sense of responsibility, and an aspiration for the very best, and form an individual and professional fabric which demonstrates the quality of the activity and cooperation between the various professionals toward a particular goal – providing professional, trustworthy, and readily available medical treatment.
The Director of Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, Dr. Mickey Dudkiewicz, reinforced his words, relating that it is not so simple to be outstanding in an organization where excellence, responsibility, devotion, and in particular professionalism, must be exceptional at all times. Dr. Dudkiewicz thanked the outstanding employees for their unique contribution, and also noted the contribution of the rest of the staff and the importance of human capital in the hospital’s daily activity all day, every day, over the past year and in general.
The ceremony was held in the presence of the employees and the families of the outstanding employees, and was particularly joyous after the past year, in which such ceremonies could not be held. In light of the above, the photograph of all the outstanding employees together is particularly heartwarming.
