She began working at Hillel Yaffe in 1987 as a registered nurse in the Intensive Coronary Care Unit. In 1989 she completed a midwifery course and transferred to the

Delivery Room. In 1999 she was appointed Team Leader in the Delivery Room. In 2001 she was appointed Deputy Head Nurse of the Delivery Room. In 2002 she completed her master’s degree in Health Systems Management. In 2003 she was appointed Head Nurse of the Delivery Room, and on March 1, 2018, she became the Clinical Supervisor of the Maternity Department.
