Zilbermintz Viacheslav, Dr.

Dr. Veacheslav Zilbermints completed his medical studies in Moldova, and after arriving in Israel, passed his licensing exams and completed his internship at Rabin Medical Center. He enlisted in the IDF, where he served in the Medical Corps and was discharged with the rank of Captain.

He completed his residency in general surgery at Beilinson Hospital in 2010. He then continued to work as a physician in the department. He completed a fellowship from 2013-2014 at Universitätsklinikum Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) in Germany, in hepato-pancreato-biliary surgery and oncological surgery. After returning to Israel, he continued to work as a senior physician at Beilinson.

In 2019, Dr. Zilbermints was appointed as the Laparoscopic Surgery Unit Director at Hillel Yaffe Medical Center.

Dr. Zilbermints has extensive experience in general surgery and leads the field in his department, while instructing residents and senior physicians. He holds the title of Clinical Teaching Lecturer at the Technion's Faculty of Medicine and is an author and contributor to academic research in the field of surgery.
