Summer vacation has only just begun, and no small number of young teens have already come in to the Pediatric Emergency Room at Hillel Yaffe Medical Center due to excessive alcohol consumption. Emergency Room Director, Dr. Naama Kochinsky Cohen, said, "There has been a sharp rise in the number of intoxicated teenagers coming to the Emergency Room, some of them as young as 14."
