How does the clinic provide treatment?
Admission for treatment at the Complementary Medicine Clinic is done in several stages:
-
The patient contacts the clinic independently or is referred by their family physician or specialist.
-
The therapist selects the desired type of treatment along with the number and frequency of treatments.
-
Throughout the treatment period, the therapist assesses the patient's condition, and ongoing medical monitoring is performed, as required, to examine the effect of the complementary therapy.
-
If necessary, the therapists change the treatment method or add a method to achieve the optimal result.
Operating in tandem to the clinic is Hillel Yaffe Medical Center’s School of Complementary Medicine, which trains therapists in the various disciplines of complementary medicine. |
