The Multiple Pregnancy Clinic (twins, triplets, etc.) is part of the High-Risk Pregnancy Clinic at Hillel Yaffe Medical Center, and is operated as one of the hospital's outpatient clinics. The clinic is staffed by a multidisciplinary team, dedicated to providing comprehensive service to the mother and her fetuses.

Most multiple pregnancies are twins, with a frequency of 1:80 spontaneous pregnancies. In recent decades the number of multiple births has increased significantly, particularly in light of the increase in the frequency of fertility treatments. And while this means double the joy, it also means increased risk. Multiple births are related to increased risk of virtually all know obstetrical complications, and particularly preterm births and associated complications. The clinic provides comprehensive care, starting at the beginning of pregnancy, which includes sonographic follow-up and genetic and anatomical screenings (nuchal translucency, detailed ultrasound , genetic counseling), to follow-up of special pregnancy complications (such as twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome and anemia-polycythemia sequence in pregnancies with identical twins) to delivery planning.

The clinic is open on Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
