Last year she was elected President of the Israeli Maternal-Fetal Medicine Society and is driving national policy changes in her field.
Tania Rothstein, Charge Nurse of the Dialysis Institute (Nephrology)
As Charge Nurse of the Dialysis Institute, Rothstein sets an uncompromising professional standard. Her leadership was especially evident in the complex management of two work sites simultaneously under emergency conditions, while maintaining composure and ensuring safe continuity of care. Rothstein is known for her ability to implement changes effectively and compassionately, fostering an empowering work environment built on trust and strong interpersonal relationships.

Leads the Social Service staff with a steady hand, even with limited resources.
