In addition to her work as a trailblazing researcher who leads international collaborations, Prof. Gabbay was named an outstanding lecturer at the Technion, a testament to her commitment to training the next generation. Prof. Gabbay embodies women's leadership that combines strategic thinking with a deep commitment to women's health. Last year she was elected President of the Israeli Maternal-Fetal Medicine Society and is driving national policy changes in her field.
Tania Rothstein, Charge Nurse of the Dialysis Institute (Nephrology)
As Charge Nurse of the Dialysis Institute, Rothstein sets an uncompromising professional standard. Her leadership was especially evident in the complex management of two work sites simultaneously under emergency conditions, while maintaining composure and ensuring safe continuity of care. Rothstein is known for her ability to implement changes effectively and compassionately, fostering an empowering work environment built on trust and strong interpersonal relationships.
Elina Fishensohn, Social Services Director
Leads the Social Service staff with a steady hand, even with limited resources. Fishensohn possesses a rare innate ability to see patients and their families as whole people, with all the complexity that entails.
